FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to machine building and can be used for liquid lubricating open low-speed gears with big-module tooth gears (1, 2) of big diametre arranged vertically one above another. The lubricating device consists of an oil bath with special lubricating wheel (5) immersed into it. Circular L-shaped chutes (8-11) are secured on both ends of each tooth gear along circumference of teeth recesses. One sides of chutes are perpendicular to ends of teeth, while others are parallel to ends of teeth, create gaps with them to tops of teeth and are shorter, than teeth length. Chutes of upper wheel (2) enter chutes of lower wheel (1) with a gap. At the outlet from the engagement zone in chutes of the upper wheel and relative to a rotating wheel there is rigidly fixed a "П"-shaped oil scraper directed radially relative to the wheel and enveloping a gear ring. A section of the scraper, offset from the wheel centre, is arranged relative to the lower wheel so, as to ensure flow of lubricant taken off with the scraper onto the gear ring and into chutes of the lower wheel.
EFFECT: optimisation of gear lubricating.
