FIELD: machine engineering.
SUBSTANCE: gear wheel comprises a body, a pair of circumferential linings, reinforced on the body ends and a ring gear with hollow teeth, each tooth is made of a pair of rectangular plates, bent on the profile of the side surfaces of tooth designed for this wheels and fixed between the circumferential linings and the wheel body, with a gap between the leading plate duringthe wheel rotation and the wheel body. On the inner side of the wheel slowing during rotation of the plate adjacent to the rim gear tops circumfere, a jumper bar is fixed with width equal to the width of the rim gear, orientated towards the wheel body, made equidistantly to the inner side of the leading plate and with clearances with respect thereto and with respect to the wheel body.
EFFECT: improved quality of gear wheel lubrication.
