FIELD: power engineering.
SUBSTANCE: method of heat-mass exchange includes tangential supply of gas, generation of rotating layer of disperse material, which is carried out with horizontal axis of layer rotation and formation of acceleration and rotation zone and falling zone in vortex flow, and outlet of fluidising gas from vortex layer into above-layer space is executed in radial direction in upper open area of falling zone via a layer of rotary dispersed material. Device for heat mass exchange of dispersed material in vortex fluidised bed comprises body, gas distribution channel, loading device for material and unloading device. Expansion chamber is installed over the body, lower part of body contains slot nozzles with tangential supply of fluidising gas with controlled gates, besides upper level of body wall cut arranged on the side of nozzles is higher than the opposite one.
EFFECT: increased efficiency of heat-mass exchange.
