FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of medicine, namely surgical dentistry and implantology, and is intended for usage in open sine lifting in patients with chronic polyposis maxillary sinusitis. They expose the bone of the upper jaw with a cut of the mucous membrane of the vestibule of the oral cavity. Through hole is created in the maxillary sinus 12–15 mm in diameter, leaving it attached to the Schneider membrane. After that, the hole with a diameter of 5–6 mm with a resorbable collagen membrane is closed. Schneider's membrane is exfoliated from the bone in the sinus floor area with the bone fragment tucked up and the introduction of osteosubstitution material into the formed space. After this, the hole in the maxillary sinus wall, resulting from the clipping of the bone fragment, is covered with a resorptive collagen membrane, followed by suturing the mucous membrane of the vestibule of the oral cavity.
EFFECT: method allows to carry out a sinus-lifting in this category of patients, excluding the stage of inpatient treatment with the purpose of removing polyps from the sinus.
