A method of treating a disease or disorder answering to a therapeutic cardiac glycoside treatment. A method of inhibition or reduction of degree of Akt phosphorilation in a cancer cell. A method of increasing pERK expression in a cancer cell. A method of inhibition of cancer cell proliferation. A method of supercritical liquid extraction.
