FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: procedure for agglomerate charge into blast furnace consists in control over temperature of agglomerate. There is preset optimal temperature of agglomerate ta, which is adjusted depending on ratio of specific losses of pressure h of gas below and above the middle of blast furnace shaft. When ratio of specific losses of pressure h of gas from the middle of the shaft to a horizon of tuyeres to specific losses of pressure h of gas from the middle of the shaft to a throat changes at 0.1 unit, then optimal specified temperature ta of agglomerate is changed in the same direction at 20°C.
EFFECT: raised efficiency of blast furnace, reduced specific consumption of coke per iron melting.
