FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: coating for items out of heat resistant nickel alloys consists of internal layer out of nickel alloy of following chemical composition in wt %: cobalt 18.0-25.0, chromium 18.0-30.0, aluminium 7.0-13.5, titanium 0.5-5.0, yttrium 0.05-0.6, nickel - the rest, and of external layer out of alloy on base of aluminium of following chemical composition, wt %: nickel 3.0-10.0, silicon 4.5-12.0, titanium 1.0-5.0, boron 0.3-1.6, aluminium - the rest. The procedure for application of coating on an item out of heat resistant nickel alloys consists in successive ion-plasma sedimentation in vacuum of the internal layer of the coating out of nickel alloy, in sedimentation of the external layer of the coating on base of aluminium and in vacuum roasting.
EFFECT: raised resistance to hot corrosion.
