FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the metallurgy, in particular to cast corrosion and heat resistant nickel-based alloys, intended for casting of parts of the gas turbine engines hot path and plants with single-crystal structure, long-term operating in corrosive environments at temperatures of up to 700–1,000 °C. Nickel based heat-resistant cast alloy, containing, wt.%: carbon to 0.02; chromium 11.5–13.0; cobalt 8–9.5; tungsten 6–7.5; molybdenum 0.1–0.7; titanium 4.0–5.0; aluminum 3.7–4.5; niobium 0.8–1.2; manganese to 0.30; silicon to 0.30; magnesium to 0.10; calcium up to 0.05; lanthanum to 0.20; cerium to 0.20; yttrium to 0.20; praseodymium to 0.20: neodymium to 0.20; barium up to 0.10; nickel is the rest being. Increasing the long-term strength at temperatures of 900–1,000 °C and the sulfide oxide and chloride corrosion resistance values.
EFFECT: alloy is characterized by the alloy increased structural stability for operation time.
