FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: method includes heating varnish and its degassing, vacuumising article, its impregnation with varnish and drying in mode of cyclic speed vacuum exposure with vacuum collapse down to atmospheric pressure. In process of article drying, vacuum-pulse exposure is provided after its preliminary heating to the temperature of not lower than temperature of saturated vapours of dissolvent with appropriate pressure and blowing in the end of each cycle with hot air of temperature of up to 120°C. Heating of varnish and impregnation of article are carried out at the temperature of not more than 50°C and pressure of not lower than 13 kPa. Installation includes heated vacuum devices for varnish preparation, impregnation of article with varnish, their drying and polymerisation, connected via quick-acting valves by system of vacuum pipelines with receiver and atmosphere. Installation of air heating is connected along closed circuit by pipelines with device of drying, heat-exchanger-regenerator and with heat-exchanger-condenser, which is installed downstream pump connected to receiver.
EFFECT: improved quality of produced articles, improved characteristic of installation regarding ecology, fire and explosion safety.
