FIELD: physics.

SUBSTANCE: method of making solar cell electrodes involves the following steps: carrying out shallow diffusion on the surface of a semiconductor plate to form a p-n junction after washing and texturing the semiconductor plate; depositing a film layer for passivation and antireflection on the surface with shallow diffusion of the semiconductor plate; formation of recesses on the said surface of the semiconductor plate; carrying out deep diffusion after washing the recesses; passivation of the surface opposite the said surface of the semiconductor plate; chemical deposition of a metal for passivation of the semiconductor plate and formation of an alloy of the semiconductor plate with a metal after sintering; chemical deposition of the metal or metal alloy on the said semiconductor plate in a defined period of time; and electrochemical deposition of metal or metal alloy on the semiconductor plate in an electrochemical deposition device to form solar cell electrodes. The invention also discloses one more version of the method of making solar cell electrodes and an electrochemical deposition device for making solar cell electrodes.

EFFECT: more efficient photovoltaic conversion and reduced cost of production.
