FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to food industry, namely to manufacturing semi-finished products of milled food products. The semi-finished product includes minced poultry, minced fish, wheat bread, surimi paste, spices, water, salt, bread-crumb. The surimi paste contains a mixture of crab sticks, potato starch, salt, citric acid and water. All the ingredients are taken at a definite weight ratio.
EFFECT: invention enables manufacture of a semi-finished product with a lower content of carbohydrates, a higher content of essential polyunsaturated fatty acids, vitamins and microelements as well as its usage for prophylactic alimentation purposes.
