The pate includes a crab meat analogue, salted sea fish caviar, egg powder, mustard powder, sugar, salt, sodium alginate, acetic acid, "Crab" concentrate, deodorised vegetable oil and a preserving agent. All the ingredients are used at the specified ratio.
EFFECT: invention allows to manufacture a pate-like food product with a stable structure, a high nutritive and biological value.
