FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: roller crusher for grain comprises a chamber for crushing, inside which the rollers are mounted for grinding/crushing grain, a loading hopper with a dome-destroyer mounted on its lower part in the form of rotating hollow blade roller, a feeding device connected to the chamber for crushing grain by a seeding hopper. The feeding device of the crusher is a scraper conveyor with rubberised scrapers in the housing. In the lower wall of the housing of the conveyor two sieves are successively mounted, respectively, with small and large openings for separation of grain material coming for grinding/crushing. The rubberised scrapers at equal intervals in the length of the scraper conveyor alternate with the cleaning brushes, which bristles exceed in the length the height of the scrapers by the thickness of the sieves mounted.
EFFECT: increased capacity of the crusher and improved quality of the obtained finished feed for farm animals.
