FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to powder metallurgy, in particular to methods for pressing of metal powder. Pressing of metal powder is carried out with introduction of low-viscosity liquid into powder in amount of 10-15% of mass portion with development of stagnant zone of compacted material in gap between puncheon and matrix to form effect of hydraulic lock.
EFFECT: increased efficiency of pressing process, wider technological possibilities of pressing process in manufacturing of high-density parts and stocks.
