FIELD: technological processes.

SUBSTANCE: invention may be used to manufacture, for instance heat protection screens, parts of thermal and chemical equipment, heat controllers, etc. Three-layer packet is made with arrangement of aluminium plate between copper plates with specified ratio of layers thickness. Charge of explosive substance is placed on surface of packet, and explosion welding is carried out. Welding gaps between packet plates and ratio of explosive charge specific weight to sum of specific weights of copper and aluminium plate are selected provided that speed of welded plates collision makes around 310-450 m/s. Welded three-layer packet is rolled at the temperature of 350-450°C with pressing of 35-60%. Produced sheet stock is drawn with the help of cylindrical puncheon, and at the same time stock is formed with internal cavity, which is further annealed and cooled on air.

EFFECT: production of article with inner cavity in the form of sleeve with flange or with tubular shape with high thermal resistance, with lower metal intensity per single article and increased resistance to damage in case of sharp pressure changes in its internal cavity.
