Device contains a touch controller from a place that performs EV-starting from the place by transferring the output power of the electric motor to the driving wheel through the starting cam clutch on the basis of the request for starting from the site. In addition, the start controller is adapted to limit the increase in the output power of the electric motor during EV-starting from the disengaged state of the starting clutch coupling, starting cam clutch will not be brought into the meshing state, in which the transmission is configured to transmit the driving power more than when the EV-starting is performed from the engaged state of the starting clutch.
EFFECT: prevention of the sudden increase in the rotation of the electric motor during EV-starting from the disengaged state of the starting clutch is achieved.
