Proposed system comprises at least one wireless measuring module to obtain kinetic state data describing wheel kinetic state on the basis of acceleration measurement. Said wireless measuring module is arranged on the wheel to generate data transfer signal about wheel kinetic state and transmit said data. Besides this system comprises at least one wireless central processor configured to receive aforesaid signal and perform preset alarm signaling function when said signal meets preset requirements.
