EFFECT: design of a long-term reference network at the bottom of water bodies from bottom reference points which do not require power sources, from which hydrographic works can be referenced, behaviour of sections of the bottom of the water body can be monitored, infrasound can be amplified, underwater vehicles can be guided without emerging to the surface of the water body.
