SUBSTANCE: powder preparation for horticultural products yield increase contains a complex of 1-methylcyclopropene and α-cyclodextrin or the product of persorption of gaseous 1-methylcyclopropene by a solid porous organic or inorganic material; it also contains one or several agents delaying 1-methylcyclopropene release from the preparation when it comes in contact with water. One implements gaseous 1-methylcyclopropene transmission through cyclodextrins aqueous solution with subsequent separation of a solid complex of 1-methylcyclopropene and α-cyclodextrin by way of filtration and drying or by persorption of gaseous 1-methylcyclopropene by a solid porous fine organic or inorganic material whereto agents delaying 1-methylcyclopropene release from the powder preparation are added at the stage of production and/or separation of the solid complex of 1-methylcyclopropene and α-cyclodextrin or before and/or after persorption of gaseous 1-methylcyclopropene by a solid porous organic material. The liquid composition for treatment of agricultural plants in the period of vegetation includes particles of the preparation containing 1-methylcyclopropene, additive agents and water; the additive agents are represented by hydrophobic liquid organic substances and surface-active substances.

EFFECT: invention allows to increase the preparations stability.
