FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with technology for preparations applied for post-harvest treatment of the yield of fruit and vegetable and other agricultural production. The innovation deals with technology of preparations based upon 1-methylcyclopropene (MCP) - an inhibitor of plants' and fruit maturation and aging. The preparation should be obtained due to the contact of gaseous MCP with solid sorbents obtained due to treating porous organic and/or inorganic materials with solutions of organic and/or inorganic compounds of neutral and/or acidic and/or basic character or with their mixtures. The innovation increases MCP content in the preparation suggested, decreases the norms for expenditures of deficient expensive substances.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of application.
