FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine and aims at the assessment of parodentium and pulp blood microcirculation by Laser Doppler flowmetry. A partial or complete dental impression of vestibular and oral sides of the jaws is flied. After an alginate is cured inside the impression, interdental spaces and angular clearances are cut out. An internal surface of the finished impression is inspected to detect zones whereon the examined gum or crown regions are projected. Through holes are formed in these zones in the impressions in a direction perpendicular to the examined gum or crown region. A light-guide probe is fixed in these holes; it enables maintained precise light-guide bridge positioning during one examination session.
EFFECT: method ensures an exact reproduction of a place and conditions of primary light-guide probe positioning and improves the reliability of the obtained data.
