SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to dentistry, and is intended for use in the functional diagnosis of the state of the periodontal microcirculatory tissue system. An impression is made in one step, immediately before the study. To do this, cover the alveolar part of the gums with a silicone mass up to the transitional fold, ensuring the thickness of the vestibular wall is 5 mm, remove the impression from the oral cavity and, taking the imprint of the edge of the marginal gum as a reference, form a hole from the inner surface of the impression, simulating a lock with a diameter corresponding to the diameter of the working end of the probe in the projection of the root of the tooth 3.3, then the working end of the probe is inserted under visual control into the lock, without bringing it to the plane of the impression of 2 mm, while at the same time from the outside, a sleeve is formed from the silicone mass on the gasket, controlling the position of the probe, after the mass has solidified, the probe is removed, fixed imprint, position the probe in the lock.
EFFECT: method allows to provide improved access to the studied area of the oral cavity with an increase in its visibility.
