FIELD: dentistry.

SUBSTANCE: method relates to medicine, namely, to dentistry. The site of inflammation is marked with a dyeing diagnostic solution containing iodine, potassium iodide, and distilled water, in an amount of 1 ml. For this purpose, the solution is applied to the mucosa through a hole in the Diplen Denta C dental film applied on the examined area. The shape and size of the film are selected depending on the area of examination. An individual heat-formed plastic mouth guard is also made. Holes corresponding to the marking zones are made in the mouth guard. When the mouth guard is set on the jaw, the working part of the Doppler flowmetry apparatus or the lens of the capillaroscope is positioned in the area of the marked examined sites of inflammation in the oral mucosa.

EFFECT: possibility of accurately positioning the working part of the Doppler flowmetry apparatus or the capillaroscope lens in the area of examination, observing the inflammation sites, monitoring the dynamics of resolution thereof and the changes in the parameters of the vascular bed at the stages of orthopaedic treatment of patients.
