FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of medicine, namely to dentistry, and is intended for application in durative fixation of device working end in oral cavity. Mouthguard, made from thermoplastic mass, preliminarily made by individual models of patient's jaws, with formation in it of borders and windows, is installed in oral cavity. In negative moulds area between alveolar part of gum and internal surface of lip, which reaches frond folder, is totally filled with mould mass. Borders of mouthguard are extended. In the area of central teeth device working end is fixed in window in the area of impact by means of physical energy and in slot, made at the level of said window. In the area of side group of teeth working end is fixed by passing it through diversion tubes, which are rigidly fixed to mouthguard edge and to the area necessary for impact by physical energy, the length of fixed part of tubes being equal to minimal distance between mouthguard edge and the area necessary for impact by physical energy.

EFFECT: method makes it possible to increase reliability of fixation of working end of device installed in mouthguard and increase convenience in device operation due to rigidity of device work end fixation in window and in mouthguard slot, made at the level of said window.
