FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: abutment contains an axial screw hole for fixation on the implant. The abutment is made in the form of a replaceable tooth, on the lateral surface of which a circular groove in contact with the mucous membrane is made with a sample depth corresponding to the individual anatomical gum groove, with a possibility of filling it with soft tissues of the mucous membrane. The lower end of the abutment in the form of a replaceable tooth is designed to be rigidly attached to the implant.
EFFECT: invention allows to combine the functions of the abutment and the gum former with simultaneous decrease in the probability of inflammation, improvement of conditions for fast healing of soft gingival tissues, improvement of prosthetic aesthetics.
