FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to surgery and can find application in medius ventral hernioplasty with considerable diastasis recti abdominis and self-tissue deficiency observed. The method consists in the formation of an artificial white line by suturing medial leaves of the dissected anterior walls of rectus sheaths. A staggered polyperforated xenopericardial implant is prepared to be placed on the anterior surface of the exposed rectus so that a smooth surface of the polyperforated xenopericardial implant is turned to the rectus. Thereafter, the polyperforated xenopericardial implant is fixed tension-free with uninterrupted absorbable synthetic sutures to lateral leaves of the anterior walls of the dissected rectus sheaths. And then - to medial leaves on a newly formed white line.
EFFECT: use of the given invention allows eliminating a defect in the anterior abdominal wall completely, promotes the prevention of a cicatricial deformation; the presence of a set of staggered perforations ensures better evacuation of accumulating transsudate.
