FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to surgery, and can be used for white line plastic. Rectangular synthetic mesh prosthesis is simulated by making incisions from two opposite edges in direction to opposite edges, cutting strips with width of 1–1.5 cm and length of 1/2 of width of basic part, three strips on each side. Each cut out strip is brought out through the back and front leaves of sheath of rectus abdominis muscle and thickness of rectus abdominis muscles, strips are interlaced above an anterior wall of sheath of rectus abdominis muscle.
EFFECT: method enables preventing anatomical dystopia.
