FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to application of coats for protection work surfaces against wear and corrosion. It can be used for recovery of worn-out parts to required shape and features high adhesion of spayed layer with substrate. It aims at increasing the filling of recesses with sprayed material, adhesion of sprayed layer with substrate and fatigue strength of part. To this end, after cutting "torn" thread on the part to be recovered, crests of said "torn" thread are deformed by oblique latticed rolling on part surface by rollers with milled-out triangular teeth. Said teeth feature rounded crests and recesses arranged at 30° to roller axis and directed to right on one roller and to the left on the other roller.
EFFECT: higher efficiency.
