FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building and repair of machines and can be used both in production of new parts, and at reconditioning of worn-out parts, in particular, sliding bearings. In method bushing is made, on inner cylindrical surface of which "torn" thread is cut, antifriction coating is applied with subsequent machining by plastic deformation with antifriction coating by hard-alloy tool. Inner surface of steel bushing is mechanically pre-machined to apply underlayer of powder material, which connects antifriction layer with steel bushing, wherein the antifriction layers are applied in several passes, after each of which they are subjected to plastic deformation, the last layer is subjected to machining with a blade tool.
EFFECT: increased strength of adhesion of antifriction coating with steel base, increased micro-hardness of antifriction coating and its uniform distribution along height, reduced porosity of antifriction coating and achievement of preset parameters of antifriction surface processing accuracy.
