FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: method consists in manufacturing of a steel bushing with an outer diameter equal to a rim diameter of a unit, afterwards microrelief is created on the inner cylindrical surface without cutting of a "broken" thread, by four doubled rollers by the method of centrifugal-inertial rolling. On the inner surface prepared in this manner an antifriction powder based on copper is sprayed, with particle diameter of 40 mcm. Mechanical treatment is carried out after spraying.
EFFECT: higher strength of adhesion of a sprayed layer with a base and possibility to use this method for manufacturing of thin-walled bimetal sliding bearings, due to even distribution of forces when applying microrelief onto the processed surface.
