FIELD: process engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to reconditioning of worn-out parts, particularly, their outer and inner cylindrical, flat and complex surfaces, made from ferrous and nonferrous metals and alloys. Proposed method comprises pretreatment of surface, building it up, machining and hardening by micro-arc oxidising. Note here that said pretreatment is carried out using "ЛКВ"40-grade cubic boron nitride with grain size of 125-150 mcm at compressed air pressure of 0.60-0.65 MPa and distance of treatment of 80-90 mm to surface roughness Rz=100-110 mcm. Surface building-up is performed by supersonic gas-dynamic deposition using helium at pressure of 0.40-0.45 MPa. Note also that "ПА"-4 aluminium powder is used as deposited material and features grain size of 110-125 mcm. Note also that micro-arc oxidation is performed in electrolyte containing 2 g/l of caustic potash and 8 g/l of liquid glass at current density of 26-27 A/dm2 for 70-75 min.

EFFECT: two and a half increase in interlayer adhesion, three times decrease in porosity, 40 percent increase in wear resistance and 50 percent increase in corrosion resistance.
