FIELD: information technologies.
SUBSTANCE: when subscriber arrives into zone of local situation centre (LSC) service, they receive repeating signal with LSC number. After reception, availability of emergency action program (EAP) corresponding to this LSC is detected in memory of subscriber sensor terminal (SST). If EAP is available, SST marks it as current, if it is not available, SST calls LSC. In the first invention after call LSC sends EAP to SST, it is recorded in memory as current. In the second invention individual information of subscriber is previously entered into SST memory. After call LSC performs transfer of several versions of EAP. EAP of the version that corresponds to category of subscriber defined by SST by individual information of subscriber is entered as current version. In the third invention individual information of subscriber is also previously entered into SST memory. After call LSC on the basis of transmitted data forms and sends personalised EAP to SST, which is entered into memory as current. In the fourth invention individual information of subscriber is previously entered into data base of regional situation centre, and individual number of subscriber is recorded into SST memory, while numbers correspond to individual information of subscriber registered in data base of regional situation centre. After call to LSC and transmission of individual subscriber number, LSC sends this number together with its own number into regional situation centre, where on the basis of individual subscriber information and information on this LSC, personified EAP is generated, coded and sent back to LSC, which retransmits this response to SST. Received EAP is decoded and registered into memory as current.
EFFECT: coordination of public actions in case of emergency, reduced preconditions for appearance of panic, provision of efficient solution in case of emergency.
