FIELD: radio engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used as amplification device of analogue signals, in structure of analogue microcircuit chips of various functional purposes (e.g. in comparing units and computing amplifiers with low e.m.f. values of zero offset). Differential operating amplifier contains the first (1) input differential stage with the first (2) and second (3) current outputs, the first (4) current mirror, buffer amplifier (5) the base of input transistor (6) of which is connected to output of first (4) current mirror, and emitter - to output of buffer amplifier (5), the first pedestal current source (7), the first output of which is connected to bus of first (8) power source, the second power source (9) connected to emitter output of first (4) current mirror. To the scheme there introduced is second (10) input differential stage the first (11) current output of which is connected to input of second (12) current mirror, second (13) current output is connected to input of first (4) current mirror and connected to output of second (12) current mirror and the first output of second (14) pedestal current source the second output of which is connected to bus of first (8) power source, first (2) current output of first (1) input differential stage is connected to output of first (4) current mirror and input of buffer amplifier (5), emitter output of second (12) current mirror is connected to bus of second (9) power source, and the second output of first (7) pedestal current source is connected to output of buffer amplifier.
EFFECT: decreasing absolute offset voltage value of UCM and its temperature and radiation drift at using current mirrors in the scheme.
