FIELD: radio engineering.
SUBSTANCE: differential operational amplifier comprises input differential cascade (DC) (1) with the first (2) and second (3) collector outputs, the first collector output (2) is connected to emitter of the first (4) output transistor (T), emitters of the first (4) and second (5) output T via the first (6) and second (7) current-stabilising dipoles are connected to bus of supply source (8), circuit of potentials shift (9), connected to combined bases T (4) and T (5), current mirror (10), input of which is connected to collector T (4), and output is connected to collector T (5) and base T (11) of output buffer amplifier (12). Circuit includes additional T (16), base of which is connected to circuit of potentials shifting (9), collector is connected to emitter T (5), and emitter is connected to the second (3) current output of input DC (1).
EFFECT: reduced zero shift voltage.
