FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: method involves the separate portion-based measurement of the stem diametres over bark of all trees at a logging site at a height of 1.3 metres. The heights of standing trees are measured selectively to derive the dependences on stem diametres over bark at a height of 1.3 metres. The estimate trees are specified and hewn with measuring the stem heights and diametres over bark and under bark along a stem from a stem base to a top. The estimate trees are specified by core diametre classes whereat bark thickness is measured in a part of the standing trees, the valuation is ensured for any variants of grade categories and stem position.
EFFECT: invention enables the declared valuations for various versions of the demand for roundwood, provides the declared valuations with a limited number of the hewn trees in 2-5 times with computerisation of the calculations and reduces measurement count to 2 times.
