FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: clinical examination, stabilometry, isokinetic dynamometry and video-assisted motor activity analysis are performed to prescribe the medical rehabilitation procedures. The signed are grouped. The first group includes the ligamentous apparatus instability, the difference of factors as compared with those in an intact extremity making more than 40% in stabilometry, more than 30% in isokinetic dynamometry and more than 20% in video-assisted motor activity analysis. The second group includes the ligamentous apparatus stability, the difference of factors less than 40% in stabilometry, less than 30% in isokinetic dynamometry, less than 20% in video-assisted motor activity analysis. When observing three and more signs of those described in the first group, surgical management is prescribed. Three and more signs from the second group require conservative therapeutic approach. In case of uniformly distributed signs, the modality is specified by the presence of the ligamentous apparatus instability or stability with the surgical management chosen for the instability cases.

EFFECT: method specifies the medical rehabilitation procedures.
