SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine. Method for combined use of endomassage and a magnetic field for recovery and rehabilitation of athletes involves an impact on a locomotor system of athletes of a pulsating magnetic field in stochastic resonance and mechanical roller endomassage. Muscles fatigued after physical activity are manipulated with peak value of magnetic induction on surface of inductors of emitters of 0.75 ± 5 % mT, frequency of stochastic pulses of electromagnetic field in range from 0.1 kHz to 1 MHz. With the rotation crank rollers 70 rpm, duration of exposure 40 minutes, 20 minutes per each leg. Injured section is manipulated with a peak value of magnetic induction on the surface of inducers of radiators of 0.85 ± 5 % mT, frequency of stochastic pulses of the electromagnetic field in range from 0.1 kHz to 1 MHz. In magnetic therapy mode with preset therapeutic ointment, to achieve the most pronounced effect, the therapeutic course should be at least 5 procedures.

EFFECT: technical result consists in enabling the rapid recovery of the musculoskeletal system.
