FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: dental implant duplicated by roots of a natural tooth is formed directly in the alveolar canals by filling with a soft setting filler of a single-, double- or triple-rooted soft polymer enclosure having a neck in its top part and a rim representing a ring fillet on an internal surface with a tear-off line along its edge which allows tearing off the top of the polymer enclosure easily then the set filler is ground to be shaped like a natural tooth. The method involves the use of the implant by cl. 1. Before insertion of the polymer enclosure, a single-rooted tooth is extracted, and a double- or triple-rooted tooth is extracted so that to preserve the bone septums separating the alveolar canals of the independent roots. The standard treatment of canals is applied; the depths are measured, and the lengths of the polymer enclosure roots are calculated to position the rim at the level of the gum edge or slightly projected; the polymer enclosure roots are inserted into the alveolar canals; the polymer enclosure is filled with the soft setting polymer filler trough the neck; while laid, the filler is packed with tearing off the top of the polymer enclosure after setting. The set filler is ground to shape like a natural tooth, and the rim is left embedded therein.

EFFECT: enabled duplication of the roots of an extracted tooth.
