FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to surgical dentistry. Remote root fragment with a preserved portion of the connective ligament of the tooth is used to close the hole with orienting the surface of the removed root with the ligamentous apparatus towards the alveolar opening. It is followed with reduction and reconstruction of the replanted root under the dimensions of the gingival contour of the tooth socket with preserving the residual dental bond on the side surface of the replanted root and on the surface facing the opening of the socket. Prepared replant is immersed throughout depth of residual ligamentous apparatus of lateral surface in gingival contour of alveoli. At that, immersion of the replant into the gingival part of the socket of the removed tooth is performed after the hole full filling with a blood clot. That is followed by temporarily fixing a fragment of the replanted root covering the hole of the socket, using a suture material, a filling composite material or a combination of the above methods to adjacent teeth. Fragment of the repaired root is removed at least 2.5 months after tooth extraction.

EFFECT: method provides easier healing of the hole after tooth extraction, eliminated development of alveolitis, avoided atrophy of alveolar bone in first 3 months after tooth extraction without using special osteoplastic materials, can be applied to any tooth in dental row.
