FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to dentistry and orthopaedics, and is intended for use in denture replacement by prosthetic repair using implants. Before the tooth is removed, the temporary crown is simulated in industrial 3-D simulation system with the tooth to be removed, wherein the crown is modelled by a height corresponding to the individual anatomical height of the tooth being removed, and the tooth neck is simulated with a contour corresponding to the individual anatomical contour of the neck of the tooth to be removed, after which the temporary crown with a tooth neck is milled from zirconium dioxide on a machine with numerical program control, after the temporary crown is removed, the patient's tooth is removed, in the socket of the removed tooth the implant bed is prepared, in which the implant is placed, then a cylindrical titanium temporary abutment is screwed into the implant, with a length at which the free end of the abutment extends above the occlusal surface of the patient's dental arch or is at its level, in the finished temporary crown there performed is working through axial hole with diameter providing for the temporary crown setting on the abutment with force, then the temporary crown is put on the abutment, positioning it in place so that the occlusion surface of the temporary crown coincides with the occlusal surface of the denture, required length of abutment is marked, temporary crown is removed from abutment, abutment is shortened to required value, temporary crown is again put on abutment, positioned in place and fixed on the abutment by means of glue, which is applied beforehand along the perimeter on the side surface of the abutment, the inlet of the axial hole in the temporary crown is closed.
EFFECT: method enables preserving an individual gum line, maintaining a circular ligament of the tooth and gingival adhesion, improving aesthetic and functional therapeutic results.
