FIELD: technological processes.

SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to a dryer for textile belt material. Drier (1) comprises at least one drying chamber (2) with rotatable in it at least one air permeable drum (3-3c), which is partially wrapped by belt material (5), wherein belt material (5) can be blown by heated drying air, and also provided is at least one fan, by means of which from located on the end side of the opening of said at least one drum (3-3c) on the inner side of the drum can be sucked off moist drying air and can be output in form of exhaust air (13) by channel (14). Drier (1) has at least one sensor to determine moisture content of waste air flow, initial moisture content of strip material (5) and moisture content of fresh air flow, data of which are processed in control device and thus evaporating power of dryer (1) is regulated. Invention also relates to a method, a module and an apparatus for determining residual moisture of a belt material continuously moving through the dryer.

EFFECT: technical result consists in reduction of energy costs.
