SUBSTANCE: device for making non-woven materials from elementary fibres, wherein there is at least one moulding device for forming fibres, wherein the fibres are cooled and stretched, and wherein there is a device for laying elongated fibres, which is made in form of a belt mesh with a plurality of distributed on the surface of the tape mesh of the belt web, wherein air can be sucked through the belt mesh surface. Part of the holes of the belt net is closed, at that the air permeability of the unclosed strip mesh ranges from 300 to 1100 m3/min, and the air permeability of the partially closed belt is from 150 to 700 cubic feet/min.
EFFECT: invention discloses a device and method of producing non-woven materials from elementary fibres.
