FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to chemistry of high molecular weight compounds and can be used in bioanalysis, bioseparation and bioconversion. The method involves preparation of a reaction mould, radical copolymerisation of a mixture of monomers in said mould, where said mixture contains glycidyl methacrylate and ethylene glycol dimethacrylate, in the presence of blowing agents and a photoinitiator. N-hydroxyphthalimide acrylic ester is added to the copolymerisation mixture in molar ratio N-hydroxyphthalimide acrylic ester: glycidyl methacrylate: ethylene glycol dimethacrylate equal to 13.4:53.3:33.3 respectively. The copolymerisation process is initiated with UV radiation with wavelength of 320 nm using 2-hydroxy-2,2-dimethylacetophenone or benzoin methyl ether, taken in amount of 0.8-1.0 wt %. A mixture containing 1,4-dioxane, dodecanol and polyethylene glycol is uses as the blowing agent.
EFFECT: invention enables to obtain an adjoining sorbent with high immobilisation capacity.
