FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: return spring device comprises unit of body (1) with limiting elements (2) for spring, jacket (3) of spring with limiting surfaces (4) and return spring (5). Jacket is rotationally fixed to unit of body (1). Return spring is installed in space between unit of body (1) and spring jacket (3). Ends of spring are arranged so that in process of installation it functions together with limiting elements (2) and limiting surfaces (4). Unit of body (1) comprises assembly body (6) and limiting plate (7), which are rotationally arranged opposite to each other and comprises a rotation limiter (8A, 8B). Rotation limiter limits rotation of assembly body (6) and limiting plate (7) relative to each other. Limiting plate (7) comprises limiting elements (2), by means of which rotation limiter (8A, 8B) prevents rotation of limiting plate (7) in the first direction towards assembly body (6), when device of return spring is installed, and handle is in normal position. As a result of which handle rotation in the first direction of return spring (5) is counteracted, and it makes it possible for a limiting plate (7) to rotate in the second direction relative to assembly body (6). As a result, handle may rotate in the second direction without counteraction to return spring.

EFFECT: creation of return spring device external relative to lock body, which is placed onto spindle and is suitable for use with lock frames, in which spindle is combined with other function additionally to door opening and closing, provision of possibility to indicate inner position of handle at outer side of door using return spring device.
