FIELD: pyrolysis of raw materials, composed of crude oil and-or fractions of crude oil, containing pitch.
SUBSTANCE: the invention is dealt with a method of pyrolysis of the raw material consisting of crude oil and-or fractions of crude oil, containing a pitch. Raw materials are fed to the reheater of the prime stage, that is located in a convective zone of a pyrolize furnace. At that the raw material is heated up in a reheater of the prime stage up to the target temperature, at least, equal to 375°С, with obtaining a heated gaseous-liquid mix. Then the gaseous-liquid mix is brought out from the reheater of the prime stage into a separator of vapor and liquid separation, where the gas fraction is separated and removed from the liquid fraction. The removed gas is fed into the reheater of the second stage located in the convective zone. At that the temperature of the gas is increased up to the temperature exceeding the temperature of the gas coming out of the separator of separation of das and liquid. The heated gas is fed into a radiation zone of the pyrolysis furnace and its pyrolysis is conducted up to obtaining olefins and accompanying sideline products. The invention allows to process any heavy raw material with production of high output of necessary olefinic products.
