FIELD: radio engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention can be used as amplification device of analogue signals, in structure of analogue microcircuit chips of various functional purpose (e.g. in comparing units and precision operating amplifiers (OA) with low e.m.f. values of zero offset). Cascode differential amplifier includes the first (1) and the second (2) input transistors (T) the emitters of which are connected to the first current-stabilising dipole (CSD) (3), the first (4) and the second (5) output T with combined bases the emitters of which are connected to the appropriate the first (1) and the second (2) input T, as well as connected to the second (6) and the third (7) CSD, current mirror (8) the input of which is connected to collector of the first (4) output T, and output is connected to collector of the second (5) output T and connected to the base of input T (9) of output buffer amplifier (10). To the circuit there introduced is additional T (11) the base of which is connected to the first (3) CSD, and collector is connected to input of current mirror (8).

EFFECT: decreasing absolute Uoffset value and its temperature drift.
