SUBSTANCE: invention describes a neutral semiconductor organic compound of formula (I) , where R¹ and R² denote a hydrogen atom, n is the number links in formula (I) and is an integer between 2 and 1000, terminal groups of the compound R³ and R⁴ denote a hydrogen atom or a linear or branched alkyl group with 1-20 carbon atoms. The invention also describes use of the said compound as a semiconductor in electronic functional elements.
