FIELD: oil and gas production.

SUBSTANCE: tube furnace consists of box-like case with convection and radiation chambers wherein there are arranged convective and radiation coils of furnace and burner installed in hearth of furnace. A radiant coil is made in form of a spiral from coupled tubes and is installed vertically in the furnace case. A soaker, capacity of which amounts to 20-25 % of capacity of tubes of the radiant spiral coil, is positioned in an outlet section of the radiant spiral coil. Tubes of the radiant spiral coil are mounted along walls of the box-like case. Also tubes of the coil along an elongated wall in the box-like furnace case are horizontal, while tubes of the coil along a short wall of the box-like furnace case are inclined at angle sufficient for transfer of a link of the spiral coil to an underlying level by means of connecting a shorter tube to a horizontal long tube.

EFFECT: avoiding coking on heat conducting surface and increased overhaul period of installation.
