FIELD: raw materials processing.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of processing hydrocarbon raw materials, in particular to a plant for the production of delayed coking of petroleum and coal needle coke used in the production of large graphite electrodes for electric arc steelmaking furnaces. The installation will include a housing, a molding nozzle at the end of the housing, an auger installed inside the housing, and an electric drive for screw rotation. In this case, the installation consists of an upper base, a middle base, a lower base, which are interconnected with the possibility of removal. A heating chamber is attached to the upper base with the possibility of removal, holes are made in the upper wall of the heating chamber, an adapter is rigidly fixed in the first one, to which the hopper is attached with the possibility of removal, and a tap-valve is installed in the other with the possibility of removal. A hole is made in the lower wall of the heating chamber, into which an adapter is installed, which is connected with the possibility of removing the transport device, which is connected at one end to the electric motor of the transport device, and on the other side with a branch pipe, the end of which is bent and fixed from above into the screw body, which is installed in thrust radial bearings, which are rigidly fixed in the middle base, and the screw housing is connected to the electric motor of the screw housing through a simultaneous transmission. At the bottom, to the screw body, a forming nozzle is fixed with the possibility of removal, in which forming channels of circular cross section are made, a screw is installed in the screw body, which is rigidly fixed in thrust radial bearings, which are rigidly fixed in the upper base, and the screw is connected to the screw motor through a two-belt transmission. In the side walls of the lower bases, which are opposite each other, at least two rows of air outlet channels are made, centrifugal fans are fixed inside the lower bases, the nozzles of which are connected to the air distribution system, which is installed opposite the air outlet channels.
