FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: device consists of frame, of mechanisms for part installation and rotation arranged on frame, and of plasmatron mounted on mechanism of its lengthwise transfer at angle 46-50° to part surface. The device is also equipped with a mechanism for supply of powder material with shape memory effect, with a pyrometre for measuring temperature of the part before the front of plasma arc and with a control facility connected to the mechanism of powder material supply, to mechanism for plasmatron transfer and to pyrometre. Also the device is equipped with a facility for surface plastic deformation of the part installed on the mechanism of lengthwise transfer of the plasmatron, with the second pyrometre installed in a zone of surface-plastic deformation, with a reducing transformer for additional heating surface of the part and with device for cooling surface of the part.
EFFECT: increased service life and functional properties of coating.
